Our Mission

Agave Community Health and Wellness aims to achieve health equity through community health education. By improving the understanding of important health topics, overall individual and population health and wellness are improved. We strive to close these knowledge gaps not only through empowering the community, but through health policy as well.

What We Do

We collaborate with other non-profits and philanthropic organizations to develop and implement programs that support our community, specifically where there are gaps due to our fractured healthcare system. These include educational and resource based programs that center health equity and elevate vulnerable populations.
